Chill South Texas, LLC, began in 2020 under the name Valencia Heating and Air, LLC. In August of 2023, the name of the company changed, but the same core values that have guided our business philosophy have stayed the same.

Owner Joe Valencia has over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry – as a technician, a contractor, and an instructor - and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project.
